Penrith's New Tennis Courts Completed

A few weeks ago we completed Penrith's new Olympic standard tennis courts in Castle Park. New lighting has been installed and a very special and well specified playing surface was laid by our surfacing subcontractors Dinsdale Contracts Ltd of Appleby. The surface is so special that we had to wait until the weather was just right before it could be laid. This could only be done after the removal of the old courts and extensive preparation of the groundworks by ourselves. Great care was required in getting our machines to the site and the removal of waste without damaging any of the current infrastructure. We are very proud of this work and hope the people who play tennis on it will enjoy it for many years to come.
